Tool Exchange Etiquette ​(For local pick-up/drop-off)

Knives/tools can be wrapped in newspaper, towel, or sheath and placed in a bag or box. Tools can be left outside, if a picture/description of area is provided. ​

Pricing​

Kitchen Knives: $2 per inch. For example: 6” knife= $12

Pull-Apart and Standard Scissors: $10

Hand Pruners/Garden Shears: $12

Pocket Knives: (Under 4”) $5

Hair Cutting Shears: $20

Disclaimer

Clippers, cutters, and some scissors may need disassembly to be safely sharpened on the grindstone. Make sure these tools can be separated prior to drop-off. Wash tools upon return. Tools will be extremely sharp; please test on food, not on you!

At this time, we cannot sharpen serrated knives.
